WHEAT FLOUR LADDU

  • Wheat flour – 1 cup

  • Sugar pwd – 11/4 cup

  • Almonds/cashew/raisins – 1 cup

  • makana gum (gond) – 2 tsp

  • ghee – 2 tbls

  • Fry the dry fruits in ghee and keep aside.

  • Add some more ghee in the same pan and fry wheat flour on low fire until it turns brown.

  • Add dry fruits, sugar pwd.

  •  Heat a little ghee and fry gum until it turns crisp.

  • Mix all the above ingredients and make laddoos.
