Usha Charloo's Recipes

WHEAT FLOUR LADDU
-
Wheat flour – 1 cup
-
Sugar pwd – 11/4 cup
-
Almonds/cashew/raisins – 1 cup
-
makana gum (gond) – 2 tsp
-
ghee – 2 tbls
-
Fry the dry fruits in ghee and keep aside.

Add some more ghee in the same pan and fry wheat flour on low fire until it turns brown.
-
Add dry fruits, sugar pwd.
-
Heat a little ghee and fry gum until it turns crisp.
-
Mix all the above ingredients and make laddoos.
