STUFFED BRINJAL

Eggplant
  • Jeera – 1 tsp

  • Souf – 1 tsp

  • Methi – ¼ tsp

  • Dhania – 1 tsp

  • Chilli powder

  • Haldi

  • Salt

  • Grind all the above ingredients. Cut brinjals into four without slicing into them.

  • Mix the above masala paste with tamarind juice and stuff into brinjals.cook for 10 mins.
