Eggplant

Jeera – 1 tsp

Souf – 1 tsp

Methi – ¼ tsp

Dhania – 1 tsp

Chilli powder

Haldi
-
Salt
-
Grind all the above ingredients. Cut brinjals into four without slicing into them.

Mix the above masala paste with tamarind juice and stuff into brinjals.cook for 10 mins.
