SPINACH SOUP
Spinach
-
Spinach – 200 gms
-
Onion – 1 small
-
Tomato – 1
-
Celery stalk – 2
-
Water
-
Turmeric pwd – 1/8 tsp
-
Cream – 1 tin OR milk – 1 cup
-
Pepper – ¼ tsp
-
Salt
-
Boil spinach in a little water.
-
Boil tomatoes and mash it.
-
Fry cut onion in a little oil.
-
Puree all the 3 ingredients.
-
Boil the pureed ingredients.
-
Add salt, pepper and turmeric powder.
-
Add milk or cream and stir well and switch off the stove.
