RICE ROTI

  • Rice flour – 1 cup

  • Coconut – ½

  • Green chillies – 12

  • Coriander -- some

  • Onions – 2

  • Curry leaves

  • Jeera – 1 tsp

  • Buttermilk- enough to make the roti dough

  • Hing

  • Grind rice flour, coconut, green chillies, coriander, onions, curry leaves, and jeera

  • Mix the ground paste with rice flour.

  • Mix all the ingredients with buttermilk to form roti dough
