RIBBON PAKODA

Rice flour – 4 cups

Besan – 1 cup

Chilli pwd – 3 tsps
-
Salt – per taste

Oil – 2 tbsps
-
Hing
-
Mix all above ingredients.

Add water little at a time form a firm dough.

Use the ribbon pakoda plate in the murukku device and fix it in the device.
-
Oil the device. Put the dough in it and press.
-
Fry on medium high.
-
Take out the ribbon pakodas and place them on tissue paper.
