RIBBON PAKODA

  • Rice flour – 4 cups

  • Besan – 1 cup

  • Chilli pwd – 3 tsps

  • Salt – per taste

  • Oil – 2 tbsps

  • Hing

  • Mix all above ingredients.

  • Add water little at a time form a firm dough.

  • Use the ribbon pakoda plate in the murukku device and fix it in the device.

  • Oil the device. Put the dough in it and press.

  • Fry on medium high.

  • Take out the ribbon pakodas and place them on tissue paper.
