RAW BANANA VADAS

Raw Banana
  • Roasted Bengal gram powder –

  • Green chillies -3-4

  • Cut coriander leaves – 2tbls

  • Ginger – 1’’

  • Onion – 1 medium

  • Salt

  • Boil raw banana in water until bananas turn soft.

  • Add the begal gram flour, cut green chillies, ginger, onions and make round balls. Flatten the balls and drop them into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
