RAVA LADDOO

Rava – 3 cups (slightly roasted)

Coconut powder – ½ cup

Cardamom – ½ tsp
-
Sugar – 3 cups
-
WQater – 1 cup
-
Raisins/cashew/badam/saffron
-
Add cashew/raisin/almond to the roasted rava. Keep aside.

Make sugar syrup ( sugar 3 and water 1) until gulab jamun consistency.
-
Add the rava mixture to the sugar syrup little at a time.let the mixture cool and make balls.
