CHUTNEYS

  • Coriander chutney

    • A big bunch of coriander leaves.

    • Add green chillies, pudina (optional) garlic and ginger.

    • Grind all the ingredients and add salt and sugar and finally some squeeze lemon juice.

  • Tamarind chutney

    • Take dates (optional) salt red chillies,some dhania, and jeera powders.

    • Add all these ingredients to ½ cup tamarind pulp.

    • Add jaggery and grind all the ingredients.

  • RAGADA

    • Soak green or white chana overnight.

    • Cook it in pressure cooker and make it like chole avoiding tamarind. Mash up some chana to get the consistency.

 

  • PATTY

    • Boil potatoes,peel and mash.

    • Add haldi, salt and finely cut coriander.

    • Then make small balls, flatten them, at them into circles and shallow fry them on tava.
