RAGADA PATTI
CHUTNEYS

Coriander chutney
-
A big bunch of coriander leaves.

Add green chillies, pudina (optional) garlic and ginger.

Grind all the ingredients and add salt and sugar and finally some squeeze lemon juice.

Tamarind chutney
-
Take dates (optional) salt red chillies,some dhania, and jeera powders.

Add all these ingredients to ½ cup tamarind pulp.

Add jaggery and grind all the ingredients.

RAGADA
-
Soak green or white chana overnight.
-
Cook it in pressure cooker and make it like chole avoiding tamarind. Mash up some chana to get the consistency.

PATTY
-
Boil potatoes,peel and mash.
-
Add haldi, salt and finely cut coriander.
-
Then make small balls, flatten them, at them into circles and shallow fry them on tava.
