POTATO CURRY ( Maharashtrian Style)
Potato
-
Coconut – ½ cup
-
Potatoes -- 4
-
Urad dal – 2 tbls
-
Turmeric – ½ tsp
-
Tamarind – lemon size ball
-
Salt
-
Hing
-
Cut potatoes into chunks.

Grind all the above ingredients except urad dal.

Dry roast urad dal and grind it coarsely with urad dal.
-
Heat oil and add the masala and fry.
-
Add potato pieces and fry them.
