POHA DOSA

  • Rice – 1 cup (coffee cup)

  • Poha – 1 cup ( rice cup)

  • Methi – ½ tsp

  • Coconut – ½ cup

  • Salt

  • Soak rice, poha, methi overnight.

  • Grind the soaked rice, poha and methi. And coconut In the morning.

  • add salt.

  • Heat griddle and make dosas.
