Usha Charloo's Recipes

PLUM CAKE

All purpose flour – 11/2 cups

Castor sugar – ¾ cup
-
Butter – ½ cup
-
Baking soda – 1 tsp
-
Eggs – 2 tsp
-
Beat yellow and white parts of the egg separately. Keep it aside.

Mix sugar and butter well with a whisk.

Add the egg mixtures slowly and beat well.
-
Add the flour, essence, baking pwd.
-
Bake in the oven for 35 – 40 mins on 40 degree centigrade.
