PLUM CAKE

  • All purpose flour – 11/2 cups

  • Castor sugar – ¾ cup

  • Butter – ½ cup

  • Baking soda – 1 tsp

  • Eggs – 2 tsp

  • Beat yellow and white parts of the egg separately. Keep it aside.

  • Mix sugar and butter well with a whisk.

  • Add the egg mixtures slowly and beat well.

  • Add the flour, essence, baking pwd.

  • Bake in the oven for 35 – 40 mins on 40 degree centigrade.
