PISTACHHIO CAKE

  • Pistachio -- 1 cup

  • milk powder – 1 cup

  • butter – ½ tsp

  • sugar – 3/4 cup

  • water – ¼ cup

  • Take the pistachhio out of the shell and grind it into powder.

  • Add ½ tsp butter to milk powder and kneed it into a dough by adding fresh milk. Pressure cook it for 1 whistle.

  • Take out the dough, break it into crumbs, add pista powder and cardamom powder.

  • Take a little less than 1 cup sugar.

  • Add ¼ cup water and heat it keep stirring until one string liquid is formed.

  • Add the dough mixture to the sugar mixture.

  • Mix well and pour in a plate and cut into pieces once the cake cools.
