PISTACHHIO CAKE

Pistachio -- 1 cup

milk powder – 1 cup

butter – ½ tsp
-
sugar – 3/4 cup
-
water – ¼ cup

Take the pistachhio out of the shell and grind it into powder.

Add ½ tsp butter to milk powder and kneed it into a dough by adding fresh milk. Pressure cook it for 1 whistle.

Take out the dough, break it into crumbs, add pista powder and cardamom powder.

Take a little less than 1 cup sugar.

Add ¼ cup water and heat it keep stirring until one string liquid is formed.

Add the dough mixture to the sugar mixture.

Mix well and pour in a plate and cut into pieces once the cake cools.
