  • Whipping cream – 1 pint

  • Carnation milk – 31/2 cups

  • Sugar – ¾ cup

  • Cardamom

  • saffron

  • Mix all the 3 ingredients when cold.

  • Add cardamom powder and saffron.

  • Cook on low flame till the mixturn turns thick and leaves sides and become like a ball.

  • Make balls and place pista on top to decorate.
