Usha Charloo's Recipes

PEACH PUDDING
-
Peach tin – 1 tin
-
Milk – 1 lit
-
Corn starch – 4 tblsp
-
Sugar – ½ cup
-
Cinnamon pwd – ½ tsp
-
Sliced almonds
-
Boil milk.
-
Mix starch with cold water and keep it aside.

After boiling the milk add sugar and starch and let it boil until it becomes thick.

Remove from fire and cool it.

Add vanilla essence and pour it in a bowl and keep it in fridge. Let the mixture set.

Blend peaches and boil it with sugar. Let it thicken slightly and add starch mixed in cold water again.

Add cinnamon pwd.
-
When it boils, remove from fire and let it cool.
-
Pour it on previously set milk.
-
Keep it in fridge and let it set.
-
Decorate with sliced almonds.
