PEACH PUDDING

  • Peach tin – 1 tin

  • Milk – 1 lit

  • Corn starch – 4 tblsp

  • Sugar – ½ cup

  • Cinnamon pwd – ½ tsp

  • Sliced almonds

  • Boil milk.

  • Mix starch with cold water and keep it aside.

  • After boiling the milk add sugar and starch and let it boil until it becomes thick.

  • Remove from fire and cool it.

  • Add vanilla essence and pour it in a bowl and keep it in fridge. Let the mixture set.

  • Blend peaches and boil it with sugar. Let it thicken slightly and add starch mixed in cold water again.

  • Add cinnamon pwd.

  • When it boils, remove from fire and let it cool.

  • Pour it on previously set milk.

  • Keep it in fridge and let it set.

  • Decorate with sliced almonds.
