MYSORE VADA

  • Maida – 1 cup

  • Rice flour – ½ cup

  • Urad flour – 2 tbls

  • Green chillies – 2-3

  • Salt

  • Coriander -- some

  • Curry leaves – 2 sticks

  • Ginger – 1"

  • Oil

  • Mix all the ingredients and make small balls.

  • Flatten the balls and deep fry in oil.
