MURUKKU

  • Rice flour – 3 cups

  • Roasted Bengal gram 1 cup

  • Salt

  • Chilli pwd – 2 tsp

  • Butter – 1 stick

  • Oil for frying

  • Powder roaster Bengal gram.

  • Mix all the flours, salt and chilli pwd.

  • Mix in butter until crumbs are formed.

  • Add water little at a time and form smoothe firm dough.

  • Fry murukkus on medium fire.
