MUNG VADA

green mung – 1 cup
-
ginger -1/2"

garlic – 1 pod

chillis ( red and green) - 2

salt
-
whole dhania – ½ tsp
-
turmeric- ¼ tsp
-
souf – ½ tsp
-
Soak green mung in water overnight.
-
Next day grind ginger, garlic, chillies,salt,turmeric pwd coarsely.
-
To the ground mixture add dhania whole and souf. Drop blobs into hot oil and fry.
