MUNG VADA

  • green mung – 1 cup

  • ginger -1/2"

  • garlic – 1 pod

  • chillis ( red and green) - 2

  • salt

  • whole dhania – ½ tsp

  • turmeric- ¼ tsp

  • souf – ½ tsp

  • Soak green mung in water overnight.

  • Next day grind ginger, garlic, chillies,salt,turmeric pwd coarsely.

  • To the ground mixture add dhania whole and souf. Drop blobs into hot oil and fry.
