MUNG, TOOR OR MASOOR DAL WITH PALAK
Palak

Any dal – 1 cup

Palak – 1 bunch
-
Onion - 1
-
Ginger – ½’

Chillies- 2
-
Salt
-
Turmeric powder -1/4tsp
-
chilli powder – ½ tsp
-
Wash dal well. Add palak and ground masala ( onion,ginger and chillies) salt, turmeric powder.
-
Cook till tender. Heat oil add rai, jeera hing and kadipatta and season the dal.
