MUNG, TOOR OR MASOOR DAL WITH PALAK

Palak
  • Any dal – 1 cup

  • Palak – 1 bunch

  • Onion - 1

  • Ginger – ½’

  • Chillies- 2

  • Salt

  • Turmeric powder -1/4tsp

  • chilli powder – ½ tsp

  • Wash dal well. Add palak and ground masala ( onion,ginger and chillies) salt, turmeric powder.

  • Cook till tender. Heat oil add rai, jeera hing and kadipatta and season the dal.
