METHI DOSA

Plain rice – ½ cup
-
Boiled rice – 11/2 cups

Methi – 1 tblsp
-
Urad dal – less than ¼ cup
-
Soak the dals and rice together overnight.
-
Next day grind the soaked ingredients.
-
Leave it for 8 hours and then make dosas.
