MASALA VADE

  • Chana dal -- 4 tbls

  • Urad dal – 1 tbls

  • Moong dal – 1 tbls

  • Tuwar dal – 1 tbls

  • Coconut – ½ cup

  • Coriander leaves – some

  • Curry leaves – some

  • Onions – 2 medium

  • Green chillies – 2

  • Soak dals for 4 hours.

  • Grind with all the ingredients except curry leaves and onions.

  • Add onions and curry leaves to the ground mixture.

  • Make patties and fry them in oil.
