MASALA VADE

Chana dal -- 4 tbls
-
Urad dal – 1 tbls

Moong dal – 1 tbls

Tuwar dal – 1 tbls
-
Coconut – ½ cup
-
Coriander leaves – some
-
Curry leaves – some
-
Onions – 2 medium
-
Green chillies – 2
-
Soak dals for 4 hours.
-
Grind with all the ingredients except curry leaves and onions.
-
Add onions and curry leaves to the ground mixture.
-
Make patties and fry them in oil.
