Usha Charloo's Recipes

MADDUR VADA

Maida – 1 cup
-
rava– ¾ cup
-
rice flour – 1 cup
-
oil 0r butter – 8 tbls
-
salt – per taste
-
grind – green chillies, ginger, coriander
-
coconut powder – 2 tbls
-
onion – 1
-
Mix all the above ingredients with little water.

Form balls , flatten with fingers on the palm.
-
Deep fry them in oil.
