MADDUR VADA

  • Maida – 1 cup

  • rava– ¾ cup

  • rice flour – 1 cup

  • oil 0r butter – 8 tbls

  • salt – per taste

  • grind – green chillies, ginger, coriander

  • coconut powder – 2 tbls

  • onion – 1

  • Mix all the above ingredients with little water.

  • Form balls , flatten with fingers on the palm.

  • Deep fry them in oil.
