LENTIL SOUP

  • Masoor dal – 1 cup

  • Onion –1

  • Sunflower –1 tsp

  • Celery – 1 stick

  • Tomatoes – 2

  • Oregano – ¼ tsp

  • Salt

  • Cook masoor dal.

  • Fry onions until translucent.

  • Boil tomatoes and puree them.

  • Mix all the ingredients. Add salt and oregano.

  • Heat until the soup comes to a boil and swtich off the stove.
