LENTIL SOUP

Masoor dal – 1 cup
-
Onion –1
-
Sunflower –1 tsp
-
Celery – 1 stick
-
Tomatoes – 2
-
Oregano – ¼ tsp
-
Salt
-
Cook masoor dal.
-
Fry onions until translucent.
-
Boil tomatoes and puree them.
-
Mix all the ingredients. Add salt and oregano.
-
Heat until the soup comes to a boil and swtich off the stove.
