KOLUMBU

  • Onions – 1 mediem

  • Green chillies – 2-3

  • Turmeric – 1/8 tsp

  • Curry leaves – 5-6

  • Tamarind – lemon size

  • Jaggary – 2 tsps

  • Heat oil and fry onions and green chillies.

  • Add curry leaves and vathakolumbu podi.

  • Add tamarind juice and let it boil.

  • Add salt, jaggery and boil for 10 mins.

  • Add curry leaves and temper it. (temper  with rai jeera and hing heated in oil)
