KOLUMBU

Onions – 1 mediem

Green chillies – 2-3

Turmeric – 1/8 tsp

Curry leaves – 5-6

Tamarind – lemon size

Jaggary – 2 tsps
-
Heat oil and fry onions and green chillies.

Add curry leaves and vathakolumbu podi.
-
Add tamarind juice and let it boil.
-
Add salt, jaggery and boil for 10 mins.

Add curry leaves and temper it. (temper with rai jeera and hing heated in oil)
