KAJU BARFI

Kaju powder– 1 CUP

cardamom – ½ tsp

whipping cream – 1 cup/whole milk for soaking

sugar – 1 cup

Mix whipping cream and sugar.

Boil this mixture for a while.

Take a little amount of this mixture and put it in water. When it becomes a round ball add kaju mixture and stir for a while adding ghee little at a time and then pour it on a plate.

Press with a flat plate. Cut into pieces after 25 mins.
