KAJU BARFI

  • Kaju powder– 1 CUP

  • cardamom – ½ tsp

  • whipping cream – 1 cup/whole milk for soaking

  • sugar – 1 cup

  • Mix whipping cream and sugar.

  • Boil this mixture for a while.

  • Take a little amount of this mixture and put it in water. When it becomes a round ball add kaju mixture and stir for a while adding ghee little at a time and then pour it on a plate.

  • Press with a flat plate. Cut into pieces after 25 mins.
