Idli rice – 2 cups // par boiled rice – 2 cups

Regular rice – 2 cups // long grain rice – 3 cups ( hot water)

Urad dal – 1 cup // urad dal – 1 cup

Soak idli rice and urad dal separately in in cold water.

Soak regular rice in hot water.

Soak the ingredients overnight.

Grind the ingredients the next day.
-
Mix well and add salt.
-
Leave the batter to ferment overnight.

Pour idli batter in idlis moulds and steam it for 7-8 mins.
