GULAB JAMOON

  • milk powder – 1 cup

  • bisquick mix – ½ cup

  • milk – ¼ cup

  • oil – 4 tspsSYRUP

  • sugar – 1 cup

  • water – 2 cups

  • Mix milk powder and bisquick mix with the oil. Add milk little at a time and make a smooth dough.make small balls.fry deep till golden brown.. put the balls in the syrup.

  • Syrup: mix sugar and water and heat on low flame till sugar melts and forms a thin thread.
