GULAB JAMOON

milk powder – 1 cup

bisquick mix – ½ cup

milk – ¼ cup

oil – 4 tspsSYRUP
-
sugar – 1 cup

water – 2 cups

Mix milk powder and bisquick mix with the oil. Add milk little at a time and make a smooth dough.make small balls.fry deep till golden brown.. put the balls in the syrup.

Syrup: mix sugar and water and heat on low flame till sugar melts and forms a thin thread.
