Ginger
  • Ginger ½ cup

  • Tamarind – lemon size

  • Chillies – 15

  • Hing

  • Jiggery – 1tbsp

  • Roast chillies and add hing.

  • Grind along with tamarind.

  • Add a little water,ginger, salt and grind.
