GHEE PAYASAM

  • Rice – 1 cup

  • Jaggery – 21/2 cups

  • Water – 21/2 cups

  • Ghee – 1 cup

  • Cashew – 15-20

  • Almonds – 10-15

  • Cardamom – ½ tsp

  • Cook rice.

  • Add jaggery.

  • When the mixture turns watery add ghee.

  • Let the mixture turn slightly thick.

  • Add cardamom powder.
