GHEE PAYASAM
-
Rice – 1 cup
-
Jaggery – 21/2 cups
-
Water – 21/2 cups
-
Ghee – 1 cup
-
Cashew – 15-20
-
Almonds – 10-15
-
Cardamom – ½ tsp
-
Cook rice.
-
Add jaggery.
-
When the mixture turns watery add ghee.
-
Let the mixture turn slightly thick.
-
Add cardamom powder.
