Usha Charloo's Recipes

FIVE MINUTE PUDDING
-
Condensed milk – 1 can
-
Evaporated milk – 1 can
-
Fresh milk – 1 pint
-
Saffron – a little
-
Desiccated coconut – 2-3 cups
-
Pista – some
-
Cardamom – some
-
Mix all the three milks and boil together well.
-
When the milk slightly thickens add saffron and cardamom.
-
Add desiccated coconut.
-
When mixture completely thickens put it in a dish.
-
Decorate with cut up pista and serve hot or cold.
