FIVE MINUTE PUDDING

  • Condensed milk – 1 can

  • Evaporated milk – 1 can

  • Fresh milk – 1 pint

  • Saffron – a little

  • Desiccated coconut – 2-3 cups

  • Pista – some

  • Cardamom – some

  • Mix all the three milks and boil together well.

  • When the milk slightly thickens add saffron and cardamom.

  • Add desiccated coconut.

  • When mixture completely thickens put it in a dish.

  • Decorate with cut up pista and serve hot or cold.
