CHINESE SWEET AND SOUR VEGETABLES

Any three kinds of vegetables- carrots/French beans/cauliflower/cabbage/peas/corn – 3 cups diced

Salt
-
Noodles boiled – 1 cup

Garlic – 2 cloves

Soya sauce – 1 tblsp

Corn flour – 2 tsps
-
Sugar – 1 tblsp

Chilli garlic sauce – ½ tsp
-
Oil – ½ ladle
-
Pepper- ¼ tsp
-
Vinegar – 2 tsps
-
Boil the vegetables in 31/2 cups of water and keep the stock ready. Vegetables can also be sauted in oil first and then boiled.

Heat oil in a pan and add garlic pieces. Add the stock. Mix corn flour in cold water and then add the paste to the stock.

Keep stirring. Add sauces, salt, vegetables and finally the noodles.
