CHANA AND MUNG DAL

Bottle Gourd
  • Chana dal- 100 gms

  • Mung dal – 100 gms

  • Bottle gourd – 100gms

  • Tomato – 50 gms

  • Onion – 2

  • Chillies – 4

  • Ginger – 1’piece

  • Garlic – 4 cloves

  • Soak dals at night or for 1-2 hrs.

  • Boil it for few seconds and throw the water away.

  • Add water louki and cook well. Keep it aside.

  • Heat oil, add onion and fry.

  • Add ginger and garlic and fry till transparent and then add tomatoes. Cook till things turn mushy and oil separates from it and add it to the dal.
