CASHEW BARFI

  • Cashew – One Cup

  • Ghee – 2 spoons.

  • Sugar – ¾ cup

  • Grind Cashew

  • Add ghee

  • Add a little water to sugar.

  • Boil it on stove.

  • Add the cashew mixture to the Sugar syrup.

  • Keep stirring.

  • Grease a plate.

  • Spread the cashew mixture.

  • Cut into diamond shapes.
