CASHEW BARFI

Cashew – One Cup
-
Ghee – 2 spoons.
-
Sugar – ¾ cup
-
Grind Cashew
-
Add ghee
-
Add a little water to sugar.
-
Boil it on stove.
-
Add the cashew mixture to the Sugar syrup.
-
Keep stirring.
-
Grease a plate.
-
Spread the cashew mixture.
-
Cut into diamond shapes.
