CARROT, PEANUTS AND TOMATOES CHUTNEY

Carrot
  • Carrot – 1

  • Peanuts – 2 tsps

  • Tomato – 1 small

  • Red chillis – 5

  • Tamarind juice – 1 tsp

  • Methi – ½ tsp

  • Rai – ½ tsp

  • Heat ¼ tsp oil and fry peanuts.

  • Fry diced carrot pieces.

  • Fry tomatoes in the same pan.

  • Heat ¼ tsp oil and fry methi, and 4 red chillies.

  • Grind all the above ingredients.

  • Temper with rai and red chilli fried in a little oil.
