CARROT, PEANUTS AND TOMATOES CHUTNEY
Carrot
-
Carrot – 1
-
Peanuts – 2 tsps
-
Tomato – 1 small
-
Red chillis – 5
-
Tamarind juice – 1 tsp
-
Methi – ½ tsp
-
Rai – ½ tsp
-
Heat ¼ tsp oil and fry peanuts.

Fry diced carrot pieces.
-
Fry tomatoes in the same pan.
-
Heat ¼ tsp oil and fry methi, and 4 red chillies.
-
Grind all the above ingredients.
-
Temper with rai and red chilli fried in a little oil.
