BREAD SWEET

  • bread – 1 full loaf

  • sugar – 3 cups

  • milk – to soak bread / elaichi pdw/kesar

  • Cut sides of the bread. Cut each slice into two pieces.

  • Fry until brown. Boil milk and dip the bread pieces in it and lay it on a tray.

  • Add half cup water to sugar and boil.

  • Make sugar syrup( 1 thread) and add elaichi and kesar and dip the bread in the sugar syrup while it’s still boiling while adding milk little by little to make the sugar syrup into liquid.

  • Lay the bread pieces in a casserole. Decorate with pista, kaju almonds etc.
