BREAD SWEET

bread – 1 full loaf

sugar – 3 cups
-
milk – to soak bread / elaichi pdw/kesar
-
Cut sides of the bread. Cut each slice into two pieces.

Fry until brown. Boil milk and dip the bread pieces in it and lay it on a tray.

Add half cup water to sugar and boil.

Make sugar syrup( 1 thread) and add elaichi and kesar and dip the bread in the sugar syrup while it’s still boiling while adding milk little by little to make the sugar syrup into liquid.

Lay the bread pieces in a casserole. Decorate with pista, kaju almonds etc.
