sour cream (2-3 tsps)

Boil potato and cut into round pieces.

Cut bread into same round pieces and arrange bread on a flat plate and arrange potato on top of each bread.
-
Mix curd woith chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, jeera powder, sour cream.
-
Pour the curd mixture on top of the bread and potato circles.
