Usha Charloo's Recipes

BHEL
-
Bhel mix – ½ pkt
-
Potatoes – 1 cup ( boiled and cut into cubes)
-
Onions – 1 cup
-
Tomatoes – ½ cup
-
Coriander leaves – ½ cup
-
Mint chutney – 4 tbls
-
Tamarind and date chutney – 4 tbls
-
Empty half the contents of the bhel mix into the mixing bowl.

Add potatoes, onions and coriander.
-
Add 2 chutneys. Mix well.
-
Fill individual bowls and garnish with coriander and tomatoes.
-
Eat as soon as it is made.

Raw mango/sprouted moong/roasted peanuts/grated carrots/cooked garbanzos/beans/any fruit or cereal
