BHEL

  • Bhel mix – ½ pkt

  • Potatoes – 1 cup ( boiled and cut into cubes)

  • Onions – 1 cup

  • Tomatoes – ½ cup

  • Coriander leaves – ½ cup

  • Mint chutney – 4 tbls

  • Tamarind and date chutney – 4 tbls

  • Empty half the contents of the bhel mix into the mixing bowl.

  • Add potatoes, onions and coriander.

  • Add 2 chutneys. Mix well.

  • Fill individual bowls and garnish with coriander and tomatoes.

  • Eat as soon as it is made.

NOTE    

  • Other ingredients that can be added to the bhel are

  • Raw mango/sprouted moong/roasted peanuts/grated carrots/cooked garbanzos/beans/any fruit or cereal
