BESAN LADDOO

  • Besan – 1 cup

  • Sugar – ¾ cup

  • Desiccated coconut – ½ cup

  • Ghee – 2-3 tablespoons

  • Cashew, almond, cardamom, raisins – as needed

  • Fry besan on low fire until It turns golden brown.

  • Powder sugar.

  • Mix besan and sugar.

  • Add cashew, almond cardamom and raisins.

  • Add ghee little at a time.

  • Make round balls.
