BESAN LADDOO
-
Besan – 1 cup
-
Sugar – ¾ cup
-
Desiccated coconut – ½ cup
-
Ghee – 2-3 tablespoons
-
Cashew, almond, cardamom, raisins – as needed
-
Fry besan on low fire until It turns golden brown.
-
Powder sugar.
-
Mix besan and sugar.
-
Add cashew, almond cardamom and raisins.
-
Add ghee little at a time.
-
Make round balls.
