BAKED CORN OR VEGETABLES

  • Oil or margarine

  • Maida -- 1 tsp

  • Corn flour -- 1 tsp

  • Milk – 1 cup

  • Frozen or tinned corn – 1 tin

  • Pepper powder – ½ tsp

  • Cheese – enough to cover the dish

  • Put some oil or margarine in a pan.

  • Add maida and corn flour and fry for 1 min.

  • Add milk slowly and keep stirring and let it boil.

  • Add whole corn and mix well.

  • Add pepper powder, salt and cheese.

  • Put the mixture in a corning ware and bake in oven for ½ hour till it turns light brown.
