BADAM BARFI

  • Whipping cream – 1 pint

  • Almond powder – 1 cup

  • Sugar – ¾ cup

  • Mix whipping cream and sugar.

  • Cook on low flame till the mixture becomes thick syrup.

  •  Turn off the flame.

  • Add almond powder, cardamom and saffron.

  • Spread the thick ball like mixture on a greased plate.

  • Cut it into pieces when cold.
