BADAM BARFI

Whipping cream – 1 pint
-
Almond powder – 1 cup
-
Sugar – ¾ cup
-
Mix whipping cream and sugar.
-
Cook on low flame till the mixture becomes thick syrup.
-
Turn off the flame.
-
Add almond powder, cardamom and saffron.
-
Spread the thick ball like mixture on a greased plate.
-
Cut it into pieces when cold.
