APPLE THOKKU
Green Apple

Green apple – 1
-
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
-
Turmeric – ¼ tsp
-
Salt
-
Hing
-
Methi seeds – 6-8
-
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
-
Peel the apple.
-
Grate ¾ 0f apple and cut the rest into tiny chunks.
-
Heat oil and add grated apple, haldi and salt and cook for 5 mins.
-
Dry roast methi seeds and powder it.
-
Turn off the stove and add chilli powder and methi powder.
