APPLE THOKKU

Green Apple
  • Green apple – 1

  • Mustard seeds – ½ tsp

  • Turmeric – ¼ tsp

  • Salt

  • Hing

  • Methi seeds – 6-8

  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp

  • Peel the apple.

  • Grate ¾ 0f apple and cut the rest into tiny chunks.

  • Heat oil and add grated apple, haldi and salt and cook for 5 mins.

  • Dry roast methi seeds and powder it.

  • Turn off the stove and add chilli powder and methi powder.
