APPAM

  • Rice flour – 3 cups

  • Yeast – ¾ tsp

  • Sugar – 1 tsp

  • Coconut milk – 1 tin

  • Add water to the rice flour and make it like dosa batter.

  • Leave the batter overnight.

  • Add coconut millk and sugar to the batter.

  • Add salt and pou 11/2 ladles of batter in non-stick small kadai.

  • Hold the kadai on both ears and turn the kadai in circular motion to form spread the batter.

  • Cover the kadai and cook. Once the bottom part of the appam browns take it out.
