Rice flour – 3 cups

Yeast – ¾ tsp

Sugar – 1 tsp

Coconut milk – 1 tin

Add water to the rice flour and make it like dosa batter.

Leave the batter overnight.

Add coconut millk and sugar to the batter.

Add salt and pou 11/2 ladles of batter in non-stick small kadai.

Hold the kadai on both ears and turn the kadai in circular motion to form spread the batter.
-
Cover the kadai and cook. Once the bottom part of the appam browns take it out.
