ANU PULLAV

  • Rice – 1 cup

  • Water – 2 cups

Grind

  • Ginger – 1’

  • Green chillies – 3-4

  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves

  • Fresh coconut – ½ cup

  • Rai – ½ tsp

  • Jeera – ¼ tsp

  • Heat some ghee in a non-stick pan.

  • Add rai and jeera.

  • Once they start spluttering add the ground masala and fry for 3-4 mins.

  • Add rice and fry for 2 mins.

  • Add salt and 2 cups water in the rice cooker and switch on the cooker.
