ANU PULLAV

Rice – 1 cup
-
Water – 2 cups
Grind
-
Ginger – 1’
-
Green chillies – 3-4
-
Garlic – 2-3 cloves
-
Fresh coconut – ½ cup
-
Rai – ½ tsp
-
Jeera – ¼ tsp
-
Heat some ghee in a non-stick pan.
-
Add rai and jeera.
-
Once they start spluttering add the ground masala and fry for 3-4 mins.
-
Add rice and fry for 2 mins.
-
Add salt and 2 cups water in the rice cooker and switch on the cooker.
